Fernando Cesar is Managing Partner - Latin America for NGS Global. He is based in our São Paulo office.
Career
With +30 years of experience, Mr. Cesar is a seasoned executive search consultant, executive coach and management consultant. Before NGS Global he worked for globally recognized executive search and management consulting firms. He spent his early career in the manufacturing industry.
Mr. Cesar conducts executive searches for C-Suite leaders, vice presidents, as well as other senior leadership positions on behalf of organizations in Brazil and abroad. His industry expertise includes industrial, natural resources, chemical, manufacturing and automotive, infrastructure, agribusiness and private equity.
As a former management consultant, Mr. Cesar has particularly deep functional expertise in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, manufacturing and strategy.
Mr. Cesar is an Executive Coach certified by ICI Integrated Coaching Institute, an institution accredited by ICF International Coaching Federation, of which he is a member. He is also an affiliated member of IOC Institute of Coaching, at McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School.
Education
Mr. Cesar holds a Master of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He earned his engineering degree from the University of São Paulo (USP).Mr, Cesar holds an International MBA from Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA) in São Paulo, as well as a Corporate Strategy Certificate from Sloan School of Management, MIT.
Mr. Cesar is a certified Board Member.
