Giselle Moraes is a Partner at NGS Global based in São Paulo, Brazil.

Ms. Moraes has more than 25 years of experience in consulting, technology, media, telecom, digital, retail and financial services. She has a particularly strong focus on recruiting technology and digital executives into client organizations across a broad range of industries. Ms. Moraes’s areas of expertise include emerging platforms and technologies, including devops, big data, business intelligence (BI), data science, IoT, and artificial intelligence (AI).

Career

An executive search consultant since 2004, Ms. Moraes has held senior roles at Spencer Stuart, Heidrick & Struggles, Kingsley Gate Partners, and Fesa Group. Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions in the technology and telecommunications sectors, working with companies such as Comsat (British Telecom) and Pegasus Telecom (now part of Oi). Ms. Moraes also played a key role in the growth of Patagon Bank, a digital banking startup within Banco Santander, which later evolved into Lemon Bank, a retail bank catering to the unbanked population.

Education

Ms. Moraes holds a degree in Business Administration from Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial (FEI) and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration (CEAG) from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-SP). She also completed an executive education program in Information Technology at FGV, along with various other professional development courses. A native Portuguese speaker, Giselle is fluent in English and Spanish.
