Jonathan Nosal

Jonathan Nosal is a Partner at NGS Global, based in the firm’s San Francisco and Newport Beach offices. He specializes in executive search assignments across a diverse range of industries, with particular expertise in technology - including software and services, hardware and equipment, and other convergent technology sectors. Mr. Nosal is also a senior leader within NGS Global’s Private Equity and Venture Capital practice in the Americas, partnering with investment firms whose portfolios include industrial and manufacturing sectors. Over the past decade, he has successfully led hundreds of C-level and senior executive searches, with a focus on commercial, financial, and operational leadership roles.

Career

Prior to joining NGS Global, Mr. Nosal was an Engagement Manager at Ex-Consultants Agency where he worked closely with a wide range of clients in leading and managing senior level projects throughout the country. He built a reputation for the ability to develop strong relationships and search strategies. Before that, Mr. Nosal spent over three years at NGS Global serving as a consultant conducting research and assisting global partners with C-level executive search projects. 

While earning his degree, Mr. Nosal gained valuable global experience as an intern for an international search firm based in Milan, Italy performing research with the sole focus on the recruitment of senior level executives into world-class organizations.

Education

Mr. Nosal graduated with a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona in Tucson.
