Career
With more than 21 years of experience in executive search and leadership consulting, Mr. Almendarez has successfully led complex and highly confidential searches for multinational corporations, private equity-backed organizations, Fortune 500 companies and leading Mexican business groups, supporting both domestic and cross-border operations.
Throughout his career, he has advised organizations on the identification, assessment and attraction of transformational leadership talent for positions including CEO, Country Manager, Vice President, Commercial Director and other strategic executive roles across a wide range of industries. While his experience spans multiple sectors, he has developed particular expertise within Consumer Goods, Spirits and multicultural business environments.
Mr. Almendarez has collaborated with organizations from the United States, Canada, China, Spain, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Brazil, Chile and Costa Rica, among other international markets, helping global companies establish and strengthen executive leadership teams in Mexico.
He is widely recognized for his consultative approach, discretion and ability to manage sensitive executive searches with professionalism, precision and confidentiality. His multicultural perspective, combined with a deep understanding of both global and Mexican business environments, allows him to provide clients with strategic market insight and a highly refined evaluation of leadership talent.
Before founding TalentXera in 2020, Mr. Almendarez served for more than a decade as Managing Director of StaffBridge Mexico, where he led the development and expansion of the firm's operations in the country.
