Ashish Dhawan brings over three decades of professional experience, including more than 25 years across all facets of Talent Management. He is a seasoned leader in executive search and leadership advisory, with deep expertise in partnering with organizations to build high-impact leadership teams.
Ashish holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (BE) and an MBA. Over the course of his career, he has been associated with leading global and Indian Executive Search firms. He has also gained valuable corporate experience with companies like Birlasoft, where he managed recruitment across India and the APAC region, as well as Siemens.
With extensive market exposure, Ashish has built a strong and successful practice advising clients on CXO and senior leadership hiring across a wide spectrum of industries—ranging from established sectors to emerging and high-growth domains. His approach combines deep market insight with a nuanced understanding of leadership dynamics, enabling him to deliver impactful talent solutions.
Prior to joining NGS Global, Ashish served as a Senior Partner at AIMS International.
He is currently based in New Delhi, India.
