Cindy Yang is the Managing Partner, Korea at NGS Global and is based in Seoul. She has over 20 years of experience conducting C-level executive search assignments and organizational assessment services.
Ms. Yang’s primary client base includes private equity and venture capital firms, advising on leadership strategy, governance, and organizational transformation. In addition to corporate C-level talent recruitment, she is highly recognized for her strong local networks and has successfully secured top talent for her clients, she has contributed highly successful exits for global private equity firms.
Career
Prior to joining NGS Global, Ms. Yang built and led Korea Executive Search from scratch, a boutique executive search firm, as Founder and Principal. Earlier in her career, she worked in the FMCG industry, focusing on global marketing and M&A across the U.S. and APAC regions.
Education
Born in Seoul, Ms. Yang graduated from Freie University Berlin with a B.A. degree in German Literature. She is fluent in German, English, and Korean, and is conversational in French, Chinese, and Japanese. She is also a competitive Kendo practitioner, a modern Japanese martial art.
