Deepti Jethanandani

Deepti Jethanandani is the Managing Partner, India at NGS Global and is based in Bengaluru. She has over two decades of experience in executive search and business development, with a focus on senior leadership hiring and market expansion across India and the India–US corridor.

Ms Jethanandani partners with high-growth technology companies, listed enterprises, and global organisations to identify and place C-suite and senior leadership talent across functional areas. She brings deep knowledge of the Indian talent landscape and works closely with founders, boards, and leadership teams on both in-country and cross-border mandates. She also advises global companies on establishing Global Capability Centres in India.

Career

Prior to her current role, Ms Jethanandani served as a partner at NGS Global, leading retained search assignments across multiple geographies and spearheading the P&L for the South India region. She also served on the Global Marketing Committee and led the India practice to become the first carbon-neutral retained search operation under NGS Global's Global Sustainability initiative. Earlier in her career, she held senior business development and marketing roles across Bengaluru and Mumbai.

Education

Ms. Jethanandani holds a Master's in Marketing Management and a Bachelor's of Commerce (Honours) from Delhi University.
