George Balfour is a Managing Partner at NGS Global.
Based in London, George brings more than 20 years of executive search experience, with particular expertise in the technology, digital, and retail sectors. Throughout his career he has developed deep client and candidate relationships across the industry, advising organisations on senior leadership appointments at the highest levels.
George is known for his commitment to delivering results and his genuine approach to client partnership. He joined NGS Global to contribute to the firm's continued growth in the UK and across EMEA, and to collaborate with colleagues around the world on behalf of clients.
Prior to joining NGS Global, George held senior roles at Tenon Search, Savannah Group, Norman Broadbent, Redgrave, and Odgers Berndtson. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics & Management from the London School of Economics.
