Why NGS Global?

NGS Global’s commitment to our clients, candidates, and company is redefining the traditional search and assessment market through executive leadership solutions.

At NGS Global, the partners who sell a search execute on the work. Our partners do not leverage down to associates or senior associates to execute work they have sold.

NGS Global is the first global search firm to tie performance into our fee structure.  More specifically, we charge one-third of the professional fee at the start of the search, but only send the second invoice after the client has agreed to interview (at least) three qualified candidates. The third and final invoice is only sent after the chosen candidate accepts the position. To us, it is unacceptable to invoice the professional fee at intervals of 30 and 60 days after a search is started regardless of performance, which is the way that bulge-bracket search firms still operate.

NGS Global is committed to conducting fresh, custom research for every project. To recruit the best executive talent, it is not enough to circulate the same candidates from a database--a common practice in bulge-bracket firms, or to just use LinkedIn or other online services, because the requirements for every executive search are unique. Accessing the best executive talent for an assignment requires original research against a list of all target companies that might produce candidates of interest to a client.

NGS Global conducts between 900 and 1,000 searches globally per year. This is important because one of the keys to success is having the best access in the world to the candidates that you are interested in. The major global search firms handle between 10,000 and 20,000 searches per year, and are conflicted from many organizations and individuals they may have an interest in pursuing due to their extensive off-limits restrictions.
