José Carlos (Joey) Hassan Suarez is the Canada and Latin America Partner for NGS Global and launched the firm's Canadian operations and office from Toronto. 

Mr. Hassan Suarez brings a truly global background with experience in the Americas, Europe and Asia. His career has been focused mainly on the Executive Search and Private Banking industries. As a highly experienced professional with extensive expertise in cross-border and multi-cultural searches, he has placed executives in most key functional areas across a broad array of industries.

Prior to joining NGS Global, Mr. Hassan Suarez was a Partner and the China Country Manager at Zavala Civitas Executive Search. Before that, he co-founded travel company Mondevia and worked for BNP Paribas and JP Morgan. 

He graduated with a double Master's degree in Business Administration and Law from University San Pablo CEU. Mr. Hassan Suarez is actively involved in different organizations that contribute to the development of young talent (eg. Nova Talent, a networking firm), and he contributes as an advisor at the investment service Ufounders to mentor technological start-ups who are in the process of seeking funding. He speaks fluent Spanish, English and French.
