Before joining Nosal Partners in 2006, Mr. Beaugrand founded and ran a successful computer consulting company that served a nationwide clientele. Focusing on small, growing businesses, it provided a level of computer and technical support usually reserved for companies with a dedicated in-house staff. It also specialized in providing start-up support to allow a company to grow from nothing more than an idea, to the point that it hired a full-time IT department. Maxim Chuvaev is Partner at NGS Global. Throughout his 25-year career, he has successfully conducted hundreds of senior level search assignments for multinational and Russian clients in market sectors such as advanced technology, industrial, financial services, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), and professional services. Additionally, he has performed numerous management assessment projects for both local and international clients in Russia.
Before coming to NGS Global, he worked at Chuvaev Consulting as a Partner, a human resources consultancy firm that he founded, where he further honed his search and assessment skills.
Earlier in his career, he spent 11 years with Korn/Ferry International. During his time there, Mr. Chuvaev established the firm’s advanced technology practice in Russia and became Leader of the practice for Eastern Europe in 1997. Mr. Veitch was previously a managing partner in Africa at Alexander Hughes Executive Search, which acquired a boutique executive search firm he founded in 2002, Valinger Executive Search. Earlier in his career, Mr. Veitch founded another thriving executive search firm and sold it to a Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) listed group.
