NGS Global Places Vice President, Support Operations at Calabrio
San Francisco, CA, August 25, 2016 – NGS Global LLC announced today that it has placed Charles Burnett as Vice President, Support Operations at Calabrio. The position is based in Minneapolis, MN and reports directly to the firm’s CEO. Mr. Burnett had previously worked for a national provider of healthcare information systems where he was responsible for leading the organization’s customer service business. He has over 20 years of experience overseeing customer service operations for software and technology companies.
The search was conducted by NGS Global’s Chairman, David Nosal and Senior Partner, Terri Naughtin.
